  • Laurie serves as the primary business contact for PAI’s largest IBM and MBM subsidy programs. She works directly with state agency program management to ensure that her account receives the exceptional level of service that she is known for delivering. Along with heading up her account’s customer service unit, Laurie works closely with all of PAI’s departments, including finance, quality assurance and information technology. Additionally, Laurie routinely coordinates with external audit firms, actuarial firms, state departments and federal agencies on behalf of her clients.

    Laurie’s focus on consistently providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all of her client’s needs are dealt with in an efficient manner, has helped her build strong professional relationships through the years. These relationships have led to many new and repeat business opportunities for PAI.

    Laurie has over 30 years of progressive experience administering, marketing and systems testing of small employer health benefits as she began her career with the Travelers Insurance Company in 1988. While at Travelers, MetraHealth, and UnitedHealth Group, she held many different positions in various departments. Prior to working with PAI, she held the position of marketing and agency development consultant where she provided services to field staff and agents/brokers for the small employer market.

    Laurie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and has been with PAI since 2006.
