PAI served as a full-function payment administrator that processed timely and accurate payments for thousands of individuals. We processed tens of thousands of transactions annually that were associated with premiums, health benefits, and medical payment parameters that included varying deductibles and co-payments for medical and pharmaceutical claims, as well as coordination of benefits.

PAI provided monthly outreach to members who were no longer eligible for coverage, due to non-payment of premiums, and processed all incoming accounts receivable transactions for every risk pool member.
