Kim serves as the primary business contact for the various subsidy and reinsurance programs administered by PAI. She is responsible for the development and maintenance of the programs that she manages. In order to deliver consistently high quality client service, Kim works hand in hand with all of PAI’s departments to ensure her clients’ needs are met. Kim also routinely analyzes program data, performs quality assurance checks, and maintains a strong working knowledge of the systems used to service her accounts. She has been a valued member of PAI’s systems development team which has required her to work closely with both PAI and client Information Technology staff, IT consultants, business users and other stakeholders.
Kim’s hands-on approach, coupled with her ability to quickly grasp the operational and technical sides of her accounts, has a positive impact by achieving all contractual service level requirements which ultimately results in long term client retention. Her system development and enhancement skills have served PAI and its clients very well, as her knowledge has, and continues to be, an integral part in ensuring that the programs’ technical needs are met.
Kim’s detailed level of knowledge about the programs she is responsible for gives her clients the assurances that their programs are being administered in accordance with the contract. This is evidenced by positive client feedback and PAI’s successful completion of multiple contract compliance audits. More importantly, Kim strives to continuously develop her client relationships and exceed expectations.
Kim has been with PAI for over 20 years and during her tenure, Kim has worked in different customer service and account management roles with the high risk pool, reinsurance programs, and subsidy programs that PAI administers.
