Gregory is responsible for all financial and accounting functions for PAI and its clients including, asset and treasury management, expense control, financial reporting, audit and tax compliance. Other core responsibilities include; operating and capital budget preparation, board of director support and advisory services. Gregory manages the finance and accounting team of professionals with a strong emphasis on fiscal deadlines, internal controls and value added financial reporting and analysis. Gregory is a member of the Executive Leadership team and is the financial liaison for PAI departments, Human Resources, Customer Service, and Account Management and Information Technology.
Gregory’s focus on financial discipline and internal controls creates a financial environment that enables PAI and its clients to perform well on external audits & reviews.
During his tenure at PAI, Gregory and his team upgraded the general ledger financial reporting module. This upgrade provided PAI and the finance team with financial and statistical data that was used to assist with client pricing, customer service improvements, new business opportunities and asset investment strategies.
His experience with financial systems and system to system interfaces created significant economies of scale and tangible cost savings for PAI and a new service delivery that began in 2014. Gregory’s role with the new client was integral to the planning, implementation and go live stages of the new service delivery.
Prior to joining the PAI team, Gregory held senior management leadership positions in the Banking, Financial and Health Care industries.
Gregory holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Central Connecticut State University and proudly served in the United States Marine Corp.
