  • Alyson is responsible for providing PAI’s Executive Leadership team strategic direction for the company’s service deliveries. She has close involvement with the operations of all PAI departments including finance, customer service, account management and information technology.

    Alyson’s focus on quality assurance has helped perfect PAI’s ability to implement beneficial and cost-effective solutions for clients while proficiently managing projects of various sizes from implementation to go live and beyond. It is important to her that PAI, a small company with a great deal of responsibility to its clients, operate just as professionally as a large company but offer its clients personalized service that only a small company can deliver.

    During her tenure at PAI, Alyson has worked in all departments giving her a unique perspective which allows her to quickly and effectively make informed decisions about the services PAI offers, the impact on PAI staff, clients and the program members that we serve.

    Currently Alyson serves as the company’s Privacy and Security Officer. She has earned the Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) credential through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

    Alyson holds Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Management Degrees from the University of Connecticut.
