Pool Administrators Inc. (PAI) is responsible for administering reinsurance pools in more than 25 states over the last 12 years, while our leadership has been highly involved in reinsurance pools for 20 years. The pools administered by PAI are simple, safe and cost-effective mechanisms that have been created to stabilize the marketplace by spreading the risk of adverse selection associated with a guaranteed issue environment in the small employer and individual markets. In order to do this, the administrative techniques we use are tailored to these nontraditional types of pools and, as a result, our services are different from administrative practices typically offered. Administration is kept simple for the client due to the use of PAI’s sophisticated, custom systems and wealth of experience. The pools we administer are safe by design because all losses of the pool are guaranteed by the carriers in the state.

Our unique systems have been developed to automate the majority of user processes, which helps ensure accuracy and allows for speedy processing at a low cost. In addition, systems are maintained locally and can be easily modified to suit the needs to our clients.

PAI is a team of highly respected professionals. Our accounting department manages all of our clients’ financial needs.
